Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. overseas territories or APO, FPO or DPO military addresses. International shipping is not offered.
Order Cutoff and Business Days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 p.m. at a fixed UTC−06:00 year-round. This time does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For orders placed before cutoff on a business day, that day is the processing start date. Orders placed at or after cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time
Order processing takes an estimated 1–2 business days from the processing start date. This is the preparation period before shipment.
Transit Time
After shipment, standard transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The combined handling and transit estimate is 4–6 business days from the processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; weekends, holidays and carrier delays may extend the arrival date.
Shipping Cost and Tax
Standard shipping is free for all orders within our shipping area. No expedited option is offered. The store currently adds no tax at checkout, so the tax line is $0.00; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.

For help with a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact support@roana.us with your order number and details. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Damaged, defective and incorrect products are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
